    Join UO Members as we plan and tackle our respective weeks. 10 Minutes will be dedicated to silent planning, and to setting three SMART goals for the week. Following that, we will take twenty minutes to individually share our goals, and share how we did on our goals from the previous week. Afterwards, folks are free to collaborate and elaborate on their goals - or get quickly back to making them happen!
